Wow ! I received my new chrome 14X4.5 SuperDrum 12 today and I am absolutely thrilled ! I have an extensive snare collection and I must tell you this drum just moved right up top among my favorite steel snare drum. I was very skeptical because it is "Asian" made and I've been steering clear of them but I must say, this drum is of the highest quality and sounds absolutely just as good or better than my $1000+ Sonor, vintage Ludwig, my DW and my high dollar Yamaha. I am very, very happy I added this to my collection. What a great value to, it's worth way more than the retail price. I'm simply thrilled with how heavy this drum is and how great the snare throwoff is manufactured and the triple chrome is perfect. Thank you for engineering the perfect steel snare drum. I'm saving for the Maple and Brass versions.
